## What is Norexa?

Norexa is an autonomous agent execution layer built on Ethereum. It enables users, DAOs, and protocols to outsource high-value DeFi tasks - such as yield farming, arbitrage, rebalancing, and governance - to modular, permissionless agents that are accountable through bonding and slashing.

## Why is Norexa important?

DeFi remains too complex, fast-moving, and fragmented for most users and DAOs. Norexa solves this by enabling intelligent, accountable automation that’s secure, non-custodial, and composable across protocols.
